Grand Hotel Via Veneto Rome
The Via Veneto opened on April 21st 2009 on the 2762nd anniversary of the foundation of Rome. It is classified as a 5 star L Hotel and was awarded the Five Star Diamond Award 2009. The building; resulting from an elaborate and complex union of two 19th century adjoining buildings; has a classic facade; in shades of grey and ochre; and as a Heritage building; cannot be altered. Painstakingly refurbished to recreate a sober and coherent atmosphere; the Grand Hotel Via Veneto features furniture and fittings inspired by the early 20th century; whilst still being modern and functional. In each of the 122 bedrooms; our guests can enjoy decorative panels reproducing scenes from ancient Roman and its monuments and churches. The Hall boasts a ceiling made with a translucent crystal layer on crystal beams resulting in natural light shining on the heart of the Hotel. The Hotel features a gorgeous restaurant; the Magnolia; with an entrance marked by water running down black grooved marble; a Sea-food Cafe and a Wine Bar called the Time; and then on the Roof garden; the Sky Bar and Grill.
