your attention toward something positive-- a learned behavior.
Unfortunately, negativity is everywhere!
We are surrounded by it. It's in the news, gossip, movies, and things we've learned to recurringly say to ourselves. We've done it so much that perhaps we may not even realize when we are negative, which is certainly detrimental to our well-being.
We can learn to take a positive point of view, which fuels advancement and makes life fun! Instead of focusing on counterproductive or negative things, concentrate on good, constructive, or positive things and see what happens.
"Catch and convert" all negative thoughts.
Sometimes when you find yourself entertaining negative thoughts, try this: Look around and concentrate on spotting the positives. Simply create positive thoughts. Think about wonderful outcomes, things you are grateful for, or how good it will be to establish a successful routine.
Do things that will influence your attitude in a positive manner, like taking a walk, eating healthy, meditating, or helping others find success. Make a positive list of things you are looking forward to or reasons why you should succeed. And like the music teacher says: Practice! Practice! Practice! ("Practice makes perfect," and then you must practice perfect

You want to be confident and feel confident, but what if you're starting with little or no confidence?
How do you get from Point A to Point B? True self-confidence isn't an overnight acquisition. It takes dedication to realize you are a good human being that is worthy of respect and love.

The Steps
Recognize your insecurities. What does in the back of your mind say? What makes you ashamed of yourself? This could be anything from acne, to regrets, to emotional abuse (past or present) from a loved one or friends at school. Whatever is making you feel unworthy, ashamed, or inferior, identify it, give it a name, and write it down.
Talk about it with friends and loved ones. Wear it on your sleeve. Each day chip away at it; wear it down. There's no quick fix. Get to the root of the problem; focus on it and understand that you need to resolve each issue before you can move on.
Remember that nobody is perfect. Even the most confident people have insecurities. At some point in any of our lives, we may feel we lack something. That is reality. Learn that life is full of bumps down the road.
Identify your successes. Everyone is good at something, so discover the things at which you excel, then focus on your talents. Give yourself permission to take pride in them. Give yourself credit for your successes. Inferiority is a state of mind in which you've declared yourself a victim. Do not allow yourself to be victimized.
Be thankful for what you have. A lot of the times, at the root of insecurity and lack of confidence is a feeling of not having enough of something, whether it's emotional validation, good luck, money, etc. By acknowledging and appreciating what you do have, you can combat the feeling of being incomplete and unsatisfied. Finding that inner peace will do wonders for your confidence.
Be Positive, even if you don't feel positive. Avoid self-pity, or the pity and sympathy of others. Never allow others to make you feel inferior--they can only do so if you let them. If you continue to loathe and belittle yourself, others are going to do and believe likewise. Instead, speak positively about yourself, about your future, and about your progress. Do not be afraid to project your strengths and qualities to others. By doing so, you reinforce those ideas in your mind and encourage your growth in a positive direction.
Look in the mirror and smile. Studies surrounding what's called the "facial feedback theory" suggest that the expressions on your face can actually encourage your brain to register certain emotions. So by looking in the mirror and smiling every day, you might feel happier with yourself and more confident in the long run.
Fake it. Along the same lines of smiling to make yourself feel happy, acting confident might actually make you believe it. Pretend you're a completely confident version of you; go through the motions and see how you feel.
Express yourself, whether it's through art, music, writing, etc. Find something you enjoy. Everyone is born with talents and strengths. You can develop and excel in yours. If it's difficult to name two or three things you have some ability in or just plain love to do, think about things others do that you would like to do too and take some lessons or join an enthusiasts club. When you're following your passion, not only will it have a therapeutic effect, but you'll feel unique and accomplished, all of which can help build your self confidence. Plus, adding a variety of interests to your life will not only make you more confident, but it will increase your chances of meeting compatible friends!
Stick to your principles. It might be tough, but if you don't have something you can believe in, you don't have anything. No matter what's happened in your life, you can always lay claim to the fact that from this day forward, you've followed your principles to the best of your ability.

All over the world there are different people, different cultures and different languages. So it means there is a various vision of life. A try to learning somebody’s language means an attempt to look at life by their eyes. Nowadays, learning foreign language becomes easier. In addition learning foreign language depends on teachers. We need to discover others life and get benefit from their experiences.
As a matter of fact, you can recognize how other people think by learning their language. Because their language has involves their customs, thoughts, faiths, saying and almost every thing in their culture. For example, you may comprehend that most of British people are polite by knowing that their language has a polite way to refuse (saying now) such as, I am afraid I cannot do it, I am not sure I can do it … etc. so there is almost no direct way to say No.
On another hand you realize that the rate of social problems is high between Americans if you have learned their national language. Their national language has negative idioms. For example, if a women in U.K said (knock me up) that’s mean she asked for wake her up, but in U.S.A if she said that she might get rape. So the language is a face for culture.
Wherever and whenever you are, you can learn language by many ways and techniques. Because with this amazed technical revelation you have got the ability to use different thing for learning. hi all, it's my first topic in your amaizing foreum .I hope you like it.
He met her on a party, she was so outstanding, many guys chasing after her,while he was so normal, nobody paid attention to him. At the end of the party, he invited her to have coffee with him, she was surprised, but due to politeness, she promised. They sat in a nice coffee shop, he was too nervous to say anything, she felt uncomfortable, she thought, please, let me back home. Suddenly he asked the waiter: would you please give me some salt? I'd like to put it in my coffee.
Everybody stared at him, so strange! His face turned red, but, still, he put the salt in his coffee and drank it. She asked him curiously: why you have this hobby? He replied: when I was a little boy, I was living near the sea, I like playing in the sea, I could felt the taste of the sea, salty and bite, just like the taste of the salty coffee. Now every time I have the salty coffee, I will think of my childhood, think of my hometown, I miss my hometown so much, I miss my parents who still living there. Saying that, tears filled his eyes. She was deeply touched. That's his true feeling, from the bottom of his heart.
"A man who can tell out his homesick, he must be a man loves home, cares about home, has responsibility of home," she thought. Then she also started to talk, talked about her faraway hometown, her childhood, her family. That was a really nice talk, also a beautiful beginning of their story. They continue to date. She found actually he was a man who meets all her demands: he was tolerance, kind hearted, warm, careful...he was such a good guy but she almost missed him! Thanks to his salty coffee!
Then the story was just like every beautiful love story: the princess married to the prince, then they were living the happy life...And, every time she made coffee for him, she put some salt in the coffee, as she knew that's the way he liked.
After 40 years, he passed away, left her a letter which said: "My dearest, please forgive me, forgive my whole life lie. This was the only lie I said to you, the salty coffee. Remember the first time we dated? I was so nervous at that time, actually I wanted some sugar, but I said salt. It's hard for me to change so I just go ahead. I never thought that could be the start of our communication! I tried to tell you the truth many times in my life, but I was too afraid to do that, as I have promised not to lie to you for anything..Now I'm dying, I afraid of nothing so I tell you the truth: I don't like the salty coffee, what a strange bad taste..but I have the salty coffee for my whole life since I knew you, I never feel sorry for anything I do for you. Having you with me is my biggest happiness for my whole life.
If I can live for the second time, I still want to know you and have you as my whole life wife, even though I have to drink the salty coffee again."

I read many meanings of friendship, but I picked 2 meanings:
1/ Friendship is a wonderful relation that connects two persons with each other who have the same abilities.
2/ Friendship is a strong bond which joins between two persons on love, honesty, loyalty, understanding and devotion.
In my opinion, friendship can remain for long times if it was true and built on great morals and if we chose a good and true friend.
I have a nice friend, I love my friend, I spend my time with my friend. Every day when you go to school, you see many students but one of them is your close friend. And of course you tell her your secrets, preoccupations, feelings, problems, hobbies and most things that happened to you. However do you think your close friend is really nice, good and true friend, and she deserves to be your close friend? Maybe yes and maybe no, to make sure ask yourself these question.

It is common to hear the expression 'ladies first'. Women, in particular, daily repeat it as if it is a rule. They actually feel proud of it, unknowing its origin and its real indications. They think it is praise to them, while it is a shame to be said according to its origin
The story of this saying took place in Italy. It is about two lovers who loved each other so much. They decided to marry. But some social circumstances and relatives block the way of their marriage. They did not accept this and intentionally decided either to live together as husband and wife, or to die together

I do still remember the shivering of the pen between your beautiful fingers, when you were asked to sign an official document… What stopped me then was your great wonderful persistence and determination to refuse the finger print, as if you were declaring aloud your rejection of illiteracy, that illiteracy which dyed the fate of an uneducated society.
That day, mom the joy mixed together with the deep sorrow, sparkled in your innocent eyes. Your lips whispered with letters you never knew. You never realized that when your eyes met with those speechless letters that those letters were just a shortcut for your existence.
With a trembling filled with fortitude you completed drawing the letters. When you had finished, the childhood shyness was clearly shown upon your cheeks ... As if I am able to see you at your first years at school carrying a cloth wallet that embraces pens, sheets and small bread rolls colored with urban thyme decorated by your mom’s compassionate hand.
Mom I do remember when I heard you once blaming your father with loving in indignation and righteous reproach telling me: “They used to teach boys rather than girls under the excuse of feeling afraid on them! The girl would write a letter to her beloved if she ever learned how to write!” And what a fear default it was! It brings us back to Mecca desert, to the cemetery of femininity, to a day when femininity was a disgrace and shame and just a source of filthy sorrow.
It’s a great contradiction between a time bragging with console forcing the mind to bow in front of the stone idol and that of a time being victorious for the pen. But where are you between this and that?!
It’s ought for my heart to be torn with sorrow when I see you passing through lines of words not attracted to poems, or when you turn pages without realizing the purposes.
Oh! You most beautiful victim at the time of stupidity. Are we going to copy our weakness in order to give birth to a 1000 copy from your grief?! Or are we going to hold with salvation hands an enlightenment torch passing through the caves of silence.
When are we going to realize that the only value is for human and that he’s the center of universe?! And that the only holly industry is the brain one.

5Tips for Dealing with Difficult People
While I’ve had a lot of practice dealing with negativity, it is something I find myself having to actively work on. When I’m caught off guard and end up resorting to a defensive position, the result rarely turns out well.
The point is, we are humans after all, and we have emotions and egos. However, by keeping our egos in-check and inserting emotional intelligence, we’ll not only be doing a favor for our health and mental space, but we’ll also have intercepted a situation that would have gone bad, unnecessarily.
Here are some tips for dealing with a difficult person or negative message:
1. Forgive - What would the Dali Lama do if he was in the situation? He would most likely forgive. Remember that at our very core, we are good, but our judgment becomes clouded and we may say hurtful things. Ask yourself, “What is it about this situation or person that I can seek to understand and forgive?“
2. Wait it Out - Sometimes I feel compelled to instantly send an email defending myself. I’ve learned that emotionally charged emails never get us the result we want; they only add oil to the fire. What is helpful is inserting time to allow ourselves to cool off. You can write the emotionally charged email to the person, just don’t send it off. Wait until you’ve cooled off before responding, if you choose to respond at all.
3. “Does it really matter if I am right?” - Sometimes we respond with the intention of defending the side we took a position on. If you find yourself arguing for the sake of being right, ask “Does it matter if I am right?” If yes, then ask “Why do I need to be right? What will I gain?“
4. Don’t Respond - Many times when a person initiates a negative message or difficult attitude, they are trying to trigger a response from you. When we react, we are actually giving them what they want. Let’s stop the cycle of negative snowballing and sell them short on what they’re looking for; don’t bother responding.
5. Stop Talking About It - When you have a problem or a conflict in your life, don’t you find that people just love talking about it? We end up repeating the story to anyone who’ll listen. We express how much we hate the situation or person. What we fail to recognize in these moments is that the more we talk about something, the more of that thing we’ll notice. Example, the more we talk about how much we dislike a person, the more hate we will feel towards them and the more we’ll notice things about them that we dislike. Stop giving it energy, stop thinking about it, and stop talking about it. Do your best to not repeat the story to others.
